2. Ordering Process

2.1 Quotes

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Quotes may change if project details, materials, or specifications are altered.

2.2 Artwork & Proofs

  • Customers must review and approve all proofs.

  • Approval signifies acceptance of all content, layout, colours, dimensions, and spelling.

  • We are not responsible for errors after customer approval.

2.3 Production Timeline

  • Production begins only after artwork approval and payment confirmation (unless alternate arrangements are made).

  • Estimated turnaround times may vary depending on workload, materials, and project complexity.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments may be required in full or via deposit prior to production.

  • Outstanding balances must be paid before collection or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in production delays.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

  • If materials have been ordered or work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Custom products generally cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy applies to all products and services.

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Replacements, repairs, or refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Colour, Material & Print Variations

  • Colour variations may occur due to screen differences, printer calibration, and material characteristics.

  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a colour match service is purchased.

  • Material batch variations (e.g., vinyl, acrylic, PVC) are natural and not considered defects.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and artwork files.

  • Obtain all necessary permissions (e.g., trademark use, installed signage approvals).

  • Ensure all content supplied does not infringe copyright or violate laws.

  • Review and approve all proofs before production.

We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Installation Services (If Applicable)

For projects requiring installation:

  • Site access must be clear and safe.

  • Unexpected site conditions may result in additional charges.

  • We are not responsible for structural issues, hidden utilities, or environmental restrictions.

  • Weather delays may affect installation scheduling.

9. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • We are not liable for courier delays or damages caused during shipping.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by NOVO QUALITY PRINT remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

  • Customers must not reproduce, edit, or resell our designs without permission.

  • For customer-supplied artwork, the customer acknowledges they own or have rights to use the content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free functionality.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled within NSW jurisdiction.
